  • Wholesale & Commercial Resale: By purchasing from Ratneza, you expressly represent and warrant that your purchases are for commercial resale or business use, and NOT for personal or household use.

  • Strict Cancellation & Order Adjustments: Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Out of Stock & Distributed Operational Policy: Because our catalog consolidates live inventory allocations across multiple production facilities and independent vendor warehouses, certain items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed due to sudden partner stock depletion or distribution constraints. You agree not to make this an issue or dispute. In such instances, Ratneza handles this responsibly by automatically issuing a refund for the unavailable pieces.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to use your chosen payment gateway/method and will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We utilize reliable third-party carriers to consolidate and deliver shipments from our network, but we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All transactions on Ratneza are governed by a strict enforcement policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you fully accept that there are absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges on items once sold.

  • We do not accept returns for damage in transit, defective pieces, or change of mind. Please do not complain later regarding this.

  • The Only Exception (Missing Items Claim): A claim can only be processed if an item you paid for was completely missing from your parcel.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To initiate a missing item claim, you must provide a completely continuous, unedited, clear unboxing video from the moment the outer sealed package is opened until every item is visibly counted. Video files that are edited, paused, or shot after opening will be instantly rejected.

  • 24-Hour WhatsApp Deadline: All missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8969618759. Claims sent via email or past the 24-hour mark will not be entertained.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS AND AUTOMATED ACCESS

No automated software, agentic AI, scraping tools, or buying bots may access or interact with our Services to extract product data or manipulate checkout paths without our strict, prior written clearance. Any unauthorized bot traffic will be permanently blocked.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement or suspend your access to our wholesale services at our sole discretion at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service.
