Dispatch Time
We generally dispatch orders on the same day or the next business day. In some cases, dispatch may take longer due to high order volume, stock verification, or other operational factors, with a maximum handling window of up to 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding in such situations, as occasional delays are a normal part of wholesale fulfillment.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

In some cases, even after an order has been placed, certain items or designs may go out of stock by the time of dispatch. This is a common occurrence in wholesale business due to fast-moving inventory and multiple concurrent buyers. In such situations, we will promptly process a refund for the affected items and keep you informed via WhatsApp — no additional compensation applies beyond the item refund.

Shipping Charges
