Ajay founded Ratneza in 2023 with a clear vision — to create a wholesale jewelry business that sellers, boutique owners, and e-commerce brands could genuinely rely on. The name itself carries meaning: Ratneza is inspired by his mother, Ratna Devi, a personal tribute at the heart of a professional venture.

From day one, the focus has been on doing business the right way — fair pricing, dependable quality, and real support for the people who build their own businesses around Ratneza's products. Ajay believes that a wholesale partner's job isn't just to sell — it's to help sellers succeed, because their growth is what sustains the business in return.

A Vision Beyond Business

For Ajay, success was never meant to stop at building one company. He believes that true impact comes when growth is shared — when a business helps other businesses rise, and in doing so, uplifts families, communities, and society as a whole.

This belief inspired him to take a step further: Ajay has committed to contributing 5% of profits towards social welfare through the Pawan Ratna Foundation — an initiative currently in its early stages and not yet a registered NGO, but already driven by intent and purpose.
