Ajay comes from a small, beautiful village in Madhubani, Bihar, India—a region rich in culture, art, and deep tradition. Growing up in a close-knit community taught him the values of hard work, humility, and trust.

Driven by a desire to learn and innovate, he completed his Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) before pursuing an MBA in Digital Marketing from Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab.

The Turning Point: Building Something Greater

After completing his education, Ajay worked in the corporate sector for about six months. While it provided valuable experience, he soon realized that his true calling wasn't just working a standard job—it was building something of his own that could create real value for others.

He saw thousands of small business owners, boutique sellers, Instagram entrepreneurs, and marketplace vendors struggling to source reliable, premium-quality jewelry at fair B2B prices.

With a strong vision to solve this challenge and help independent retailers grow, Ajay decided to step into entrepreneurship and founded Ratneza.

Today, coming from the quiet village streets of Madhubani to building a nationwide wholesale network, Ajay remains dedicated to one primary goal: Empowering Indian Entrepreneurs.
